Jammin'

Jammin' is your love letter to Colorado in a glass (and on a cheese board). This laid-back but seriously delicious experience celebrates the makers, farmers, and flavor-obsessed producers that make the Western Slope one of the most exciting craft food regions in the country.
You’ll sip through flights of Jam Jar cocktails featuring spirits from Telluride Distillery and small-batch preserves from Telluride Jam Company — where sweet, savory, botanical, and bright all collide in ways that somehow make perfect sense after the first sip.
Alongside the cocktails, you’ll work your way through a guided tasting of Farmstead Artisan cheeses from Rocking W Cheese in Olathe and carefully selected cured meats from Durango, building bite-and-sip combinations that showcase the depth of flavor coming out of this region right now.
This isn’t just a tasting — it’s a snapshot of the Western Slope food ecosystem, where small farms, family producers, and hyper-local sourcing drive everything. Telluride Jam Company works directly with nearby growing regions, prioritizing ethical sourcing, sustainability, and keeping dollars circulating within the community that makes these flavors possible in the first place.
And yes — fair warning — these might actually be the best jams you’ve ever tasted. Like “suddenly you’re putting jam on things you never thought to put jam on” good.
Why this is a sleeper hit event:
• Hyper-local collaboration you can literally taste
• Cocktails you won’t find anywhere else during the festival
• Cheese + charcuterie pairing guidance (so you can flex later)
• Relaxed, social format that still feels curated and premium
At its core, this is about celebrating place — the land, the people, and the craft that turns great ingredients into something unforgettable.
Pro move: Small-producer tasting events tend to have limited capacity (and cult followings). If local craft + cocktails + cheese sounds like your thing, don’t overthink it.
